基于3Dmax水泥车操作工艺流程 摘 要 随着新时代高新技术的发展，3D动画技术的逐步成熟，3D动画应用地越来越广泛。在油田的建设中，仿真模拟培训技术也越来越受欢迎，本文结合大庆油田100-30型固井水泥车的实际情况，在仿真模拟培训中运用3D动画技术，将100-30型固井水泥车注水过程直观逼真的展示出来。 100-30型固井水泥车仿真模拟培训技术是为了提高工作人员的技术熟练水平，在较短的时间、尽可能节省资源的情况下，使培训者熟练地100-30型固井水泥车的工作过程以及操作流程。本文运用三维技术，对100-30型固井水泥车进行三维建模，根据水泥车的实际操作过程设计制作水泥车的三维动画，形象生动的展示水泥车基本概况，通过动画再现100-30型固井水泥车的操作流程以及工作原理。 3D动画技术在100-30型固井水泥车动画中的应用，主要使用3D Max开发软件进行三维建模、材质、渲染、灯光、动画制作等，运用photoshop软件对模型材质进行优化以达到更加逼真的效果，运用软件V-Ray软件对100-30型固井水泥车进行渲染，After Effects软件对水泥车注水动画进行后期制作，会声会影对动画进行后期的配音和字幕。 关键词：仿真模拟；100-30型固井水泥车；3D动画Abstract With the development of new high-tech，three dimensional technologies gradually been mature，the application in three-dimension technology more widely used.
