不同剂量叶酸联合降压治疗对高血压患者靶器官的保护作用 　　摘要：目的 观察不同剂量叶酸联合降压治疗对高血压患者多个靶器官的保护作用。方法 选择本院收治的300例高血压患者，随机分成A、B、C三组。A组为对照组，采用常规降压治疗；B组、C组为实验组采用不同剂量叶酸联合降压治疗。观察三组患者Hcy、肾功能、心脏事件、脑卒中等情况。结果 实验组Hcy水平明显下降，肾功能明显改善，心脑血管时间发生率降低，和对照组相比较有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 叶酸联合降压治疗能降低高血压患者心脑血管事件发生率，对多个靶器官有保护作用，但相对服用5 mg叶酸联合降压治疗高血压，单纯加大剂量叶酸服用量对保护高血压患者多个靶器官没有显著意义 关键词：叶酸；剂量；高血压；靶器官；心脑血管；肾功能 The Protective Effect of Different Doses of Folic Acid Combined with Antihypertensive Treatment on the Target Organs of Patients with Hypertension YU Yong （Nanhai District Luo Village Hospital，Foshan 528226，Guangdong，China） Abstract：Objective To observe the protective effects of different doses of folic acid combined with anti-hypertensive treatment treatment on multiple target organs in patients with hypertension.
