彩色多普勒超声闪烁伪像在超声定位的体外冲击波碎石中的价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声闪烁伪像在以超声定位的体外冲击波碎石中的应用价值。 方法 选择我院2013年1月～2015年12月收治的316例输尿管结石患者，所有病例普通B超均未发现结石，后经其他影像学检查确诊输尿管结石，再行彩色多普勒超声检查，结合其他影像学检查提示结石解剖位置，于可疑结石强回声处，运用彩色多普勒超声闪烁伪像技术，重点扫查，观察结石的检出率变化。 结果 本组316例输尿管结石患者，运用彩色多普勒超声闪烁伪像技术发现输尿管结石，最后体外冲击波碎石可定位的为248例，总定位成功率78%，其中A组定位成功率81%，B组63%，C组85%，A组与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 彩色多普勒超声闪烁伪像可有效提高体外冲击波碎石（ESWL）的定位成功率，但对于B组患者，其定位成功率仍相对较低 [关键词] 彩色多普勒超声闪烁伪像；体外冲击波碎石（ESWL）；超声定位；输尿管结石 [中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）25-0015-04 The value of color Doppler twinkling artifact in the ultrasonic localized extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy WU Jianhui1 MENG Hongzhou2 HE Yi1 1.Department of Urology， Jiaxing First Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Jiaxing 314000， China； 2.Department of Urology， the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University， Hangzhou 310000， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application value of color Doppler tinkling artifact in the ultrasonic localized extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods 316 patients with ureteral calculus from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and no stones were found by ordinary ultrasound B in all patients.
