So, several factors shou ld be p aid atten tion to op tim ize m aterial compo sition and p rocessing condition s, such a s by elaborately selecting the varieties and amount of carbon b lack and p rocessing aid s; con tro lling the distribution p attern of carbon b lack by u sing hybrid filling and po lypha se b lend m atrix; op tim izing the p roce ss condition and the p rocedure of m ixing and disp ersing; op tim izing the p roce ssing p aram eters according to differen t molding m ethod, in order to ob tain conductive characteristic s and imp rove the comp rehen sive p rop ertie s of m aterials.
