棉花贸易中虚拟土地资源进口对国内棉花用地紧张缓解程度分析 　　摘 要：针对虚拟土地资源进口能否缓解国内棉花用地紧张这一现实问题，以虚拟土地资源进口和国内棉花用地变动趋势为研究基础，运用土地警度判定模型分析国内棉花用地紧张程度，运用协整检验和误差修正模型来说明二者之间的长短期均衡关系。研究结果得出：国内棉花用地处于一种紧张状态；虚拟土地资源进口是缓解国内棉花用地紧张的原因，而国内棉花进口不是引起虚拟土地资源进口的原因；在长期内，虚拟土地资源进口和国内棉花用地之间存在长期均衡关系，并且虚拟土地资源进口能够缓解国内棉花用地紧张格局；在短期内，国内棉花用地对虚拟土地资源进口有负的显著影响，但是虚拟土地资源进口对缓解国内棉花用地紧张的影响不显著 关键词：棉花贸易；虚拟土地资源进口；缓解；国内棉花用地 中图分类号：F301.2 文献标识：A 文章编号：1674-9448 （2016） 01-0005-xx Abstract：In view of the virtual land resources import can or can not relieve this reality problems of the strain on the domestic cotton land ， with virtual land resources import and domestic cotton land change trend as the research basis， using land alert degree evaluation model to analyze the domestic cotton land tensions； using cointegration test and error correction model to illustrate both short-term and long-term equilibrium relationship between them. The results of the study concluded that domestic cotton land is in a state of tension； Virtual land resources import is to alleviate the domestic cotton land tension， however domestic cotton land is not a cause of virtual land resources import； In the long run， there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the virtual land resources import and domestic cotton land， and virtual land resources import to ease domestic cotton land tense pattern； In the short term， domestic cotton land to virtual land resources import has a negative significant influence， but virtual land resource imports to alleviate the impact of the domestic cotton land tension was not significant. Keywords： Cotton trade，Virtual land resource imports， Ease， Domestic cotton land 一、引言及文献综述 面对当前经济的快速发展和粮食对土地资源的刚性需求等因素，国内土地资源供求矛盾日益突显。然而，在农产品中占有重要地位的棉花，其用地面积已由棉花流通体质改革（1999年）后的372.56万公顷增加到2013年的435万公顷，但是面对日益增长的需求，棉花供给还是不能满足国内及世界对中国棉纺织品的迫切需要，这就会使得国内棉花安全性逐步降低。那么，如何在有限的耕地资源下能够保证棉花产业的安全，虚拟土地资源进口或许是一个不错的新选择，但是虚拟土地资源进口能否缓解国内棉花用地资源紧张到目前为止还是一个值得商榷的问题 关于虚拟土地资源进口对土地资源的贡献，罗贞礼等[1]指出在耕地资源缺乏的国家，如果国家或者地区间通过合理的分工和交换，那么进口的粮食和食品是能够补充国内资源的耕地短缺，同时也能够提高土
