China [Abstract] Infertility is one of clinical features of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a common endocrine disease in women of childbearing age. After weight control, lifestyle adjustment, clomiphene citrate and aromatase inhibitors induced ovulation, and/or low-dose gonadotropin induced ovulation, assisted reproductive technology (ART) may be an effective treatment. However, PC0S patients have complex etiologies, and often accompanied by obesity and metabolic abnormalities, the individualized treatment should be taken according to their clinical manifestations, examination and responses to drugs such as correction of endocrine disorders. It is important to prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), and other complications, during ovulation induction.
