Tourist zones are the carrier of the tourism industry. A place is determined by the geographical, resource and cultural factors of the area. For a significant advantage of local or regional tourism resources and industry development, establishing tourism functional area, it is advantage and strengthen the innovation of the industrial function. Through the establishment of tourism function, effectively implement the reasonable integration of the resources in some area to promote industry agglomeration in order, make unified tourism brand, strengthen leading role of the local economy, tourism economy is to realize the characteristics of the road of development important carrier. The tourist function area is aimed at developing the special economy.
