丹参酮Ⅱ磺酸钠注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛临床观察(国外英文资料) Clinical observation of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris Chen Shijian Huang Yumei (School of science and technology, Nanchang University, Jiangxi, Nanchang 330029) Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection on stable angina pectoris. Methods 60 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into sodium tanshinone injection treatment group (treatment group) and conventional treatment group (control group), the observation time was 14 d, observe the changes of clinical symptoms, ECG before and after treatment in two groups. Results the total effective rate of angina pectoris and ECG changes in the treatment group were 86.67% and 83.33% respectively, and the total effective rate of angina pectoris and ECG changes in the control group were 76.67% and 73.33% respectively. Conclusion tanshinone IIA injection can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris. It is also a common disease that seriously endangers human health. Stable angina pectoris is a clinical syndrome characterized by rapid, transient ischemia and hypoxia of the myocardium due to an increase in myocardial load on the basis of a severe coronary stenosis. [1]. Traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis can improve myocardial ischemia, and also has some influence on microcirculation and blood rheology. [2]. In Department of Cardiology, 30 patients with stable angina pectoris were treated with tanshinone IIA sulfonate injection on the basis of routine western medicine treatment, and the clinical observation results were reported as follows. 1, data and methods 1.1 diagnostic criteria for stable angina diagnostic criteria: reference to th
