基于服务型制造的陕汽集团供应链优化研究 摘 要 Supply chain optimization research based on service-oriented manufacturing of ShaanXi Automobile Group Specialty: Industrial Engineering Abstract With the rapid development of global economy and information technology, the way of service oriented manufacturing has become the inevitable trend, and the inevitable choice of enhancing the overall strength and competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. Service oriented manufacturing is not only an economic system but also a service ecosystem, faced with the new changes, manufacturing enterprises has to re-examine their own competitive advantage, and redefine the core competitiveness of enterprises and products of themselves, they will face the problem of supply chain. Therefore, this paper takes the supply chain optimization under the service oriented manufacturing background as the object of study, and focuses on the analysis of the optimization of supply chain based on symbiosis or endogenous theory. Based on widely collected and read the service oriented manufacturing and supply chain optimization, this paper firstly combs the concept evolution, concept structure, properties, characteristics and the realization way of service-oriented manufacturing, and analyses of the positive and negative effects of the combination of the service and manufacturing on the development of manufacturing industry. Secondly, this paper analyses the elements and the realization form of supply chain, and studies the effects of the optimization of supply chain on manufacturing industry.
