瑞景4号楼建筑给水排水设计 专 业：给水排水工程 学生姓名： 王秋香 学 号：20100110020203 指导教师：管晓涛 摘 要 该建筑为综合楼，位于南方某市中心，建筑高度为70.3米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况，根据建筑物的性质、用途和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备，具体的给排水系统设计如下： 给水系统： 本建筑地下一层至地上五层由室外市政管网直接供水，六至二十层采用水泵、屋顶水箱和减压阀相接合的给水方式；由于消火栓超过十个，需设两条引入管，从不同的方向引入，既保障了供水安全又节约了能耗。 排水系统： 本设计采用污废水合流排放体制，双立管系统。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。 消防系统： 该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅰ级，设计内容包括消火栓给水系统和自动喷水灭火系统。在屋顶水箱间内设试验用消火栓装置，消火栓给水管网呈环状布置，各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮，能直接启动消防泵；室外设地上式水泵结合器，保证消防安全可靠。客房、走廊、办公间、电梯前室设湿式自动喷水灭火系统，自动扶梯旁的防火卷帘处设置水幕系统。 热水系统： 根据设计资料，本设计需对整栋建筑供应热水。为保证同一用水点的冷、热水压力平衡，热水管道沿着给水管道布置且采用相同的分区。 各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙、柱敷设，水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。 本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则，通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验，采用了合理的技术措施，使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。 关键词：给水；排水；热水；消火栓；自动喷水灭火Rui Jing 4 Building Water Supply and Drainage Design Abstract This building is the comprehensive building, is located the center of a south city, the construction is highly 70.3 meters.
