尿常规检验中常规化学法及尿分析仪应用探究 　　【摘要】 目的：分析比较尿常规检验采用常规化学法与尿分析仪的临床检验效果。方法：选取2016年 1-12月本院进行尿常规检验的60例患者，每例患者各取两份尿液，分别采用常规化学法和尿分析仪进行尿常规的检验，比较两种检查方法的尿蛋白、红细胞、白细胞检测结果。结果：两种检查方法的尿蛋白、红细胞、白细胞阴性率、阳性率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。两种检测方法的尿蛋白检测符合率为98.33%，红细胞检测符合率为96.97%，白细胞检测符合率为95.00%。结论：应用常规化学法与尿分析仪进行尿常规检测的检验结果基本一致，为进一步提高检验准确性，可联用两种检验方式进行尿常规检验 【关键词】 尿常规检验； 常规化学法； 尿分析仪； 应用效果 Clinical Application Effect of Conventional Chemical Method and Urine Analyzer in Urine Routine Test/HUANG Hai-shen，PAN Ji-zhao，TAN Xu-ming.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（09）：116-118 【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and compare clinical application effect of conventional chemical method and urine analyzer in urine routine test.Method：From January 2016 to December 2016，60 patients in our hospital for routine urine test，each patient was collected two copies of urine，the routine urine test was performed by conventional chemical method and urine analyzer.The results were compared with those of two methods，including urine protein，red blood cell and white blood cell.Result：The results of the two methods included urine protein，red blood cell，white blood cell negative rate，positive rate，the differences were not statistically significant（P0.05）.Urinary protein detection coincidence rate was 98.33%，red blood cell detection coincidence rate was 96.97%，white blood cell detection coincidence rate was 95.00% of the two test methods.Conclusion：The results of routine urine test by conventional chemical method and urine analyzer are basically the same，in order to improve the accuracy of the test，two kinds of test methods can be used for routine urine test. 【Key words】 Urine routine test； Conventional chemical method； Urine analyzer； Application effect First-authors address：Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital，Dongguan 523750，China doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.09.033 尿常?检验是常见的医学检验手段，主要用于诊断尿路及肾脏等泌尿系统感染及病变，目前常用的检验方式主要有常规化学法及尿分析仪检验[1-3]。常规化验法主要是通过显微镜对尿沉渣进行镜检，能够直观、真实地观察到红细胞、白细胞等检验项目的数目、形态等相关信息，是一种常用的检验技术。尿分析仪是一种基于现代医疗科技的新型
