摘要随着我国汽车工业的飞速发展，尤其是大型商用车汽车的长足进步，市场上对商用汽车的需求量迅速增长，由商用汽车引起的交通事故不断增加。其中商用汽车侧撞的情形所造成的破坏、损失以及人员伤亡是极其严重的。小轿车没有侧护栏，车子受到侧面撞击时很容易发生严重的伤亡。对于大型火车来说，当小型汽车从侧面撞过来时，如果没有防护栏，小型汽车很容易钻进火车底部直接卡死，生还的机会很小，侧撞的损害也很严重。所以，为了有效的保护并防止或减轻此类侧撞事故，针对载货汽车侧防护栏的研究和设计近年来已经成为一个重要的课题。 本文依据一定的数据，在对我国道路上侧撞事故现状进行分析之后，研究了GB 11567.2—2001《汽车和挂车侧面及后下部防护装置要求》中关于侧面防撞护栏的重要部分及相关规定，对比当今几种主要的各种汽车防护栏，并论述汽车侧面防护装置的总体要求。通过侧护栏在各种整车中的作用，突出护栏的重要性。然后具体到一种车型护栏的组成。最后，对其结构进行分析并选择其中一道完整的焊接工序来显示侧护栏的设计和生产及这项工艺的相关标准。通过本文的叙述，讲诉侧护栏的作用，能有效阻挡侧撞的车钻入大型货车，起到足够的保护作用。 关键词：载货汽车，侧防护栏，焊接工艺AbstractWith the rapid development of Chinas automobile industry, Especially for the long-term development of the large commercial car, rapid growth in demand for commercial vehicles on the market, increasing traffic accidents caused by commercial vehicle.
