第 27卷 　第 9期 电　力 　建 　设 Vol. 27　No. 9 2006年 9 月 E lectric Power Con struction Sep , 2006 ·7 · 倍容量导线的张力弧垂特性分析计算 张颖璐 (常州供电公司 ,江苏省常州市 , 2 13003) [摘 　要 ] 　倍容量导线由内含有 36% ～38%镍的铁镍合金来代替普通钢芯的铝包殷钢线 ,外使用超耐热或特耐热 铝合金线所组成 ,其工作温度可达 2 10 ～240 ℃,输送容量可达普通钢芯铝绞线的 2 倍 。文章通过分析高耐热铝合 金导体及其殷钢芯各自不同的机械物理特性 ,提出了导线 “拐点温度 ”及拐点温度以上张力 、弧垂计算的一些方法 , 并通过 110 kV 常清线路改造 ,充分体现倍容量导线的优越特性 。 [关键词 ] 　倍容量导线 机械特性 拐点温度 中图分类号 : TM 752 文献标识码 : B 文章编号 : 1000 - 7229 (2006) 09 - 0007 - 03 A nalysis and Calcu lation on Ten sile Sag Characters of Doub le Cap acity Conductor Zhang Yinglu ( Changzhou Power Supp ly Comp any, Changzhou City J iangsu Province, 2 13003) [ Ab stract] 　The doub le cap acity conductor con sists of the invar w ire alum inum - reinforced w ith 36% ～38% N i iron - n ickel alloy in side, sub stitu ting the conventional alum inum - cab le steel - reinforced, and extra - heat - resistant or sp ecial heat - resistant alum inum alloy w ire ou t side. Its op erating temp eratu re can be up to 2 10 ～240 ℃ and tran sm ission cap acity be tw ice of the conventional ACSR. The p ap er puts forward the b reak point temp erature of the conductor and gives calcu lation m ethod s for ten sion and sag above the b reak point temp erature through analy sis on the h igh heat - resistant alum in ium alloy conductor and its variou s m echan ical p hysical featu res of the invar core.
