毕业论文（设计） 题 目 股市异常波动总结与反思 学 院 经济学院 　 专 业 经济学 年级 2013级 学生姓名 学 号 　 指导教师 股市异常波动总结与反思 【摘要】1990年上海和深圳两个交易所成立，标志着我国资本市场正式诞生，我国经济快速发展，我国股市的上市企业数量和市值也迅速增多，市场制度也日趋完善，成为金融体系和国民经济的重要组成部分。股价波动是股市最基础的特征，没有波动的股市将失去投资的价值和存在的意义，合理范围内的股价波动是价格机制发挥作用的重要表现，有利于实现资源有效配置，但异常的波动很可能会引发一系列的系统性风险，不利于股市的健康发展。我国作为新兴市场，股市波动要比西方发达国家成熟股市更加剧烈，出现异常波动的频率更高。近十年间，我国股市发生了三轮暴涨暴跌，给中国股市造成了严重的负面影响。 鉴于此，本文首先概述了论文的写作背景、选题意义、研究现状以及研究内容和方法；其次，给出了股市波动及异常波动等关键概念的定义，在此基础上介绍近十年股市异常波动的大事件；再次，深入分析我国股市异常波动的原因；最后据上为防范股市暴涨急跌异常波动提出相应对策建议。 【关键词】股市 股市波动 异常波动 对策  Summary and Reflection on abnormal fluctuation of stock market 【Abstract】In 1990, China's stock market was born. With the continuous expansion of China's economy, the market value and scale of China's stock market is also growing, and the stock market system is becoming more and more perfect, the stock market has become an important part of the financial system and national economy. Stock price volatility is the most essential feature of stock market. Moderate stock price volatility is helpful to increase the activity of the market and improve the liquidity of the market. But the violent and frequent fluctuations will not only destroy the function of market price signals and resources allocation, but also affect the normal operation of the macro-economy. As an emerging market, China's stock market volatility is more intense than the western developed countries mature stock market, and the frequency of abnormal fluctuations is higher. In the past ten years, China's stock market has undergone three rounds of sharp decline, which has caused a serious negative impact on China's stock market.
