RESULTS: The questionnaire consisted of 8 factors, namely : ability to prove oneself, negative automatic thoughts, over generalization, requital for elders, antipathy to test, test preparation, test selfefficiency, and test implication. The internal consistency reliabilities of the 8 factors were all more than 07, and the content validity and the structure validity of the questionnaire were good. CONCLUSION: The questionnaire has good reliability and the validity and can be used to examine middle school students cognition.
