我国区域技术创新及新一代信息技术产业协调发展动态演进探究海地区，呈线状分布。自东向西即从东南沿海到西北内陆呈阶梯型递减趋势；②我国区域技术创新能力与新一代信息技术产业发展的协调性不断加强，高协调度区域主要分布在沿海和沿江地区；③高协调度区域由点状逐渐扩展为线状和面状。三大沿海地区及长江中游各省份协调度增长幅度较大，而黄河中游、大西南、大西北和东北地区也有所增长 〔关键词〕区域技术创新；新一代信息技术产业；全局主成分分析；协调发展 DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1008-0821.2017.05.023 〔中图分类号〕F1213；G202〔文献标识码〕A〔文章编号〕1008-0821（2017）05-0137-08 Coordinated Development Between Regional Technical Innovation and the New Generation of IT Industry in ChinaZhu Weizhu1Li Chunfa2 （1.Library，Tianjin University of Technology，Tianjin 300384，China； 2.School of Management，Tianjin University of Technology，Tianjin 300384，China） 〔Abstract〕Regional technological innovation is one of the important driving forces for the development of the new generation of information technology industry.It is of great significance to study how to promote the technical innovation and accelerate the industrial development by studying the coordination relationship between technological innovation and new IT industries，as well as their characteristics of the space-time evolution.On the basis of constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system，this paper made use of the global time series principal component analysis to systematically analyze the technological innovation capability and the new information technology industry development level of the eight economic zones in China（2004-2013）.With GeoDa spatial analysis software and coordination degree evaluation model，an empirical study was given.The result showed：①Chinas regional technological innovation capacity and the development level of the new generation information technology industry were on the rise，while both high-level areas concentrated in the coastal areas，showing linear distribution.From the southeast coast to the northwest inland there was a ladder-type decline trend；②The coordination between Chinas regional technological innovation ability and the development level of the new generation information technology industry continued to strengthen.
