Methods　choose 140 cases of surgical perioperative blood transfusion patients, they are randomly divided into observation group and control group, 70 cases in each group and observation group patients give bamboo leaves gypsum soup oral treatment, control group patients not taking bamboo leaves gypsum soup, detection of two groups of patients in the lymphocyte subsets CD3 +, CD8 +, CD4 + and NK cells. Calculation of CD4 + / CD8 + value. By ELISA method to detect the two groups patients serum sIL - 2 r and IL - 6 levels. Results　the observation group of patients on the number of CD3 +, CD4 + and NK cells and CD4 + / CD8 + is significantly higher than the control group, and the number of CD8 + significantly lower than the control group. In the control group patients serum sIL - 2 r and IL - 6 levels increased significantly compared with observation group of patients. Conclusion　the immune function of patients with perioperative blood transfusion was greatly suppressed, application of bamboo leaves gypsum soup can effectively reduce the immunosuppressive effect from a blood transfusion, thus improve the patient’s immune function, have important clinical popularization and application value.
