PMS设备点检管理系统 在马钢第二能源总厂的应用 一、实施背景： 马钢二能源总厂成立于2005年，2006年设备陆续投入运行并引入宝钢的以点检定修制为核心的设备管理体制，点检定修制的核心是预防维修，该模式的有效运行依赖于对设备状态的准确把握和迅速有效的处理。我厂陆续建立和完善了点检四大标准、点检路线以及其他管理制度，但经过一段时间的运作，发现存在不少的问题，主要表现在： ● 点检作业区管辖机、电、仪三个专业，设备点多、面广、管线长，在确保点检到位率和实效性上存在缺少有效的管理手段； ● 点检员对设备状态信息仍采用手工管理的方式进行记录、传递、分析和利用。工作烦琐且不易长期保存； ● 设备点检信息表达不统一、不能及时集中；设备信息不易积累和无法实现共享：大量的设备历史信息缺乏有效的保存和管理；设备信息综合利用困难； ● 设备管理的其他一些要素如材料、备件的库存、有关的检修记录和设备管理的制度、工作经验交流等没有设备管理的信息平台； ● 对隐患和缺陷是否得到及时确认、整改。以及缺陷整改的过程情况无有效的监管手段，部分缺陷得不到及时的处理，酿成了故障和事故； ● 缺少全员参与设备管理和信息交流的平台，各级管理人员不能及时解设备状况，管理人员督促和指导设备工作存在困难； 2007年我厂与上海华阳检测有限公司PMS设备管理系统华阳巡检数据报表 family 7 being killed there.
