农业经济展望 经济新常态下加快构建新型农业经营体系研究 孙庆珍 (济南市社会主义学院 山东 济南 250100) 摘 要: 构建集约化、 专业化、 组织化、 社会化相结合的新型农业经营体系是适应新常态、 推进农业供给侧结构 性改革的重要举措。 通过对山东省济南市和临沂市的调查, 发现山东省在构建新型农业经营体系方面面临着诸多挑战, 并从发展壮大新型农业经营主体、 加快农村土地流转、 创新农村合作金融模式、 培养新型职业农民等角度, 提出了加 快构建新型农业经营体系的具有实践性和可操作性建议。 关键词: 新常态； 农业经营体系； 农地流转； 新型职业农民 Accelerating the ConstructionofNewAgricultural Management Systemunder theNewNormal ofEconomy Sun Qingzhen (JinanInstitute ofSocialism,Jinan 250100,Shandong) To form a new agricultural management system with intensification, specialization, organization and socialization is an important measure to adapt to the new normal and to promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform. Through the survey in Jinan city and Linyi city of Shandong province, the author found Shandong province faced many challenges during the construction of new agricultural management system.
