It illustrates that basing physical factors of micro-scale fluid flow are different from those of macro-scale fluid flow becauseof the large surface-volume ratio, surface effects, rarefaction and compressibility. Now, themicro-scale fluid flow technology is progressing at afast rate that exceeds its mechanism research. The primary objective is toreview therelative in- formation of micro-scale fluid flow. It hopes that it will givea hand and new ideas tothemechanism research in depth.
