毕 业 论 文 学生姓名： 钟子翔 学 号：20121203011032 系别班级： 2012级工商管理本科班 专 业： 工商管理 题 目： 企业OTO模式发展存在的问题及对策分析 ---以美团网为例 指导者： 杜宝苍 讲师 评阅者： 李红英 教授 2016年 4 月 24 日 毕业论文中文摘要 企业OTO模式发展存在的问题及对策分析---以美团网为例 摘要： 随着企业互联网化的不断创新与发展，我国的电子商务从2010年以后开始呈现高速增长的势头，线上的销售总量从2010年到2015年的增长幅度接近10倍之多，然而截止到2015年底，线上销售总额占社会总销售额的比例约为百分之十。意味着接近百分之九十的业务仍然处于电子商务之外，可以说当今的电子商务正处于关键的十字路阶段。面对着机遇和挑战，最为迫切的便是如何把线上和线下相互衔接起来，于是，OTO模式应运而生。本文便是从企业OTO模式发展存在的问题以及对策出发，以美团网为例，对我国当前的OTO模式的现状进行详细系统的分析，首先简单介绍O2O模式的现状，接着对美团网进行案例式的介绍，并指出目前我国企业OTO模式发展过程中存在的问题并提出一一对应的对策。这是本文应用型的一大体现。 关键词：美团网；OTO模式；分析 毕业论文外文摘要 The problems and Countermeasures of the development of the OTO Enterprises --- MEITUAN Abstract With continuous innovation and development of the business of the Internet, e-commerce in China since 2010 began to show rapid growth momentum, the online sales volume from 2010 to 2015 the growth rate of close to 10 times, however until the end of 2015, the online sales accounted for the proportion of the social total sales of about 10 percent. Means close to 90 percent of the business is still in the electronic commerce, it can be said that the current electronic commerce is in the critical cross road stage. Facing the opportunities and challenges, the most urgent is the how the online and offline mutually link up, then, oto mode arises at the historic moment . this paper is starting from the Oto mode for the enterprise existing problems and countermeasures, to beautiful round net as an example, the status of our current pattern of oto of detailed system analysis, a brief introduction of the status quo of o2o mode, then a case of beautiful round net, and points out problems that exist in the current our country enterprise oto mode and development and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
