现代临床护理（Modern Clinical Nursing）2014.13（6） 43 重型 β- 地中海贫血患儿治疗依从性与并发症发生关系分析 * 闻锦琼 ，林怡 ，王英姿 （惠州市第一人民医院儿科，广东惠州，516001） ［摘要］　目的　探讨重型 β- 地中海贫血患儿治疗依从性与并发症发生关系。方法　调查 108 例在本院治疗的重型 β- 地中海贫患儿输血、去铁治疗依从性情况及其与并发症发生的关系。结果　输血依从性组 66 例患儿，非依从性组 42 例 患儿；去铁治疗依从组 73 例患儿，非依从性组 35 例患儿。输血依从性组患儿生长发育停滞、特殊面容、肝脾肿大并发症发生 率明显低于输血治疗非依从组，去铁治疗依从组患儿肝脏并发症、心脏并发症 、内分泌功能损害并发症发生率明显低于去铁 治疗非依从组，组间比较，均 P ＜0.01，差异具有统计学意义。结论　重型 β- 地中海贫血患儿输血及去铁治疗依从性较低， 治疗非依从性患儿其并发症发生率较高。 ［关键词］ 　重型 β- 地中海贫血；治疗依从性；并发症 ［中图分类号］　R473.72　［文献标识码 ］　A　［文章编号 ］　 1671-8283（2014）06-0043-03　［DOI ］　 10.3969/j.issn.1671-8283.2014.06.12 Relationship between therapeutic compliance and complications in children with severe β-thalassemia Wen Jinqiong，Lin Yi，Wang Yingzi//Modern Clinical Nursing，-2014，13 （06）：43． ［Abstract］　Objective　To explore the relationship of therapeutic compliance and complications in children with severe β-thalassemia．Method　One hundred and eight children with severe β-thalassemia involved in the survey using convenient sampling to investigate the relationships between compliances with blood transfusion and iron removal treatment and complications．Results　Of all the patients，66 complied with blood transfusion and the rest 42 did not; 73 complied with the therapy and the rest 35 did not. Those complying with the blood transfusion had significant lower rates of developmental retardation，unusual faces，hepatosplenomegaly（ ＜0.01）. Those P complying with the therapy had significant lower rates of injuries in liver，heart and endocrinal system（ ＜0.01）．Conclusion　 Therapeutic P compliance in children with severe β-thalassemia is at lower level so that the incidence of complications in them is higher． ［Key words］　se
