舒适护理在高龄梗阻性黄疸患者中效果观察（西安市第八医院 西安 710061） 【摘要】目的：探讨引进舒适护理与责任制护理在高龄梗阻性黄疸患者中的效果。方法：回顾性的肝病科梗阻性黄疸病员资料。将实施责任制护理高龄梗阻性黄疸患者80例作为对照组，将引进舒适护理模式的高龄梗阻性黄疸患者80例作为观察组，比较二组患者对护理工作满意度与健康知识知晓率的差异。结果：舒适护理服务在高龄梗阻性黄疸患者护理中，家属与患者对护理工作满意度与健康知识知晓率比常规整体护理病房明显提高。结论：舒适护理在高龄梗阻性黄疸患者护理中能明显提高满意度，减少并发症的发生，缩短患者住院时间，为构建和谐的护患关系提供了保障。 【关键词】高龄； 梗阻性黄疸患者； 舒适护理 Comfortable nursing in advanced age obstruction jaundice patient’s effect observation 【Abstract】 Goal: Discussion introduction comfortable nursing and responsibility system nursing in advanced age obstruction jaundice patient’s effect.
