This method of treatment is known as the molecular targeted therapy of tumor. At present, molecular targeted agents are used to treat breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, lymphoma, leukemia and other malignant tumors. The curative effect of these malignant tumors has been improved significantly. Molecular targeted agents for the treatment of malignant tumors will be described in this review.
