Preface:
In the survey, I learned that some dealers to customer service service as profit growth again channels; some dealers that are selling the burden; some say, a part of the product quality assurance system of customer service service is the enterprise, from the factory to the extension of the family; some say, customer service service is to promote the lubricating oil the enterprise and the user communication and harmonious relations between the two sides of the agent; some said, customer service service is to enhance the brand reputation, an important force to ensure the marketing activities, mutual coordination and mutual action of two shares important force and marketing become; and some say, customer service service is an important springboard for enterprise strategic transformation, service upgrade, for the enterprise from the manufacturer to the service provider transformation provides a buffer platform to try.
