亚高原地区高血压患者外周动脉疾病及血尿酸关系探析［摘要］ 目的 探讨昆明地区高血压患者外周动脉硬化（PAD）与血尿酸之间的关系。方法 从到我院体检中心例行健康体检的18岁以上人群中，采用单纯随机抽样方法抽出血压异常且符合高血压诊断标准的男女各500例，对其进行踝臂指数检查。结果 高血压合并PAD组与高血压不合并PAD组的年龄、性别及SUA值均有明显差异（P＜0.01）；Logestic回归分析发现尿酸水平与年龄、性别一样是高血压合并PAD的危险因素（P＜0.01）。结论 SUA水平是高血压合并PAD的危险因素；建议在本地区高血压及其并发症防治过程中将SUA作为高血压病的常规检查项目，对于SUA异常者应给予积极干预及治疗，提高高血压患者生存质量，减少心脑血管并发症的病死率。 ［关键词］ 高血压；外周动脉硬化；血尿酸；危险因素 [中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）20- 59-03 The Relationship between the Peripheral Arterial Disease and Serum Uric Acid in Patients with Subplateau Hypertension LI Lijuan 1LI Qiong 1WEI Ling2 1.The Physical Examination Center of Chengdu Military Region Kunming General Hospital，Kunming 650032， China；2.Non-military Cadre-ward of Chengdu Military Region Kunming General Hospital，Kunming 650032， China [Abstract] Objective To study the relationship of patients with hypertension in Kunming between theperipheral atherosclerosis（PAD） and the serum uric acid. Methods We used simple random sampling method randomly selected abnormal blood pressure and meet diagnostic criteria for hypertension in men and women of the 500 cases，who were selected from hospital medical center to regular medical examination and over the age of 18 and ankle-brachial index of and them were checked. Results Hypertension combined with PAD group and hypertension without PAD group in age，sex and SUA values were significantly different（P＜0.01）； Logestic regression analysis showed that uric acid level and age，gender as risk factors for hypertension with PAD（P＜0.01）. Conclusion SUA level is a risk factor for hypertension and PAD. It proposes in the region during the process of hypertension and its complications prevention SUA as a routine examination of hypertension. Abnormal for the SUA，active intervention and treatment should be given to improve the quality of life of hypertensive patients，reduce disease complications of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular mortality.
