摘要：为实现IEC61970和DL／T860标准体系的信息共享，对智能变电站SCD文件的建模进行研究和分析，
通过规范、扩展和细化SCD文件的逻辑节点结构、信息名称以及相关描述，实现两者的无缝链接。
