改善ZnO压敏电阻老化特性的研究

摘 要：研究添加不同的减缓老化作用的元素及化合物，以改善ZnO压敏电阻片长期带电
的老化特性。经过添加GF一06银玻璃、氧化硼、PM一10硼玻璃等不同形态的材料，在同样的
ZnO压敏电阻的制作工艺下进行混合、造粒、成形、烧成形成直径电阻片，测试了
oC下1
小电流特性、大电流特性及115 000h的加速老化试验。试验结果表明，微量的A920玻
璃和B：o。玻璃有利于提高ZnO—Bi：03系压敏电阻片的老化寿命；同时B：o，还有助于改善ZnO
电阻片的大电流下的非线性．
