我国光伏发电企业发展问题及对策研究 摘要 能源消费是经济增长的重要驱动力量之一。随着经济的迅速发展，我国电力市场正面临着供给和环境保护的巨大压力，而发展光伏发电产业是解决上述问题，促进经济发展的重要手段。本文在介绍我国光伏发电企业的发展历史和现状的基础上，分析了当前光伏发电的市场环境及产业结构，总结出制约光伏发电企业进一步发展的问题，主要有：相关政策的缺失、发电成本居高不下、项目融资能力有限等方面。面对上述问题，发电企业一方面呼吁国家尽快完善政策体系，另一方面，企业自身也应积极寻求应对策略。本文提出的对策有：提高光伏发电系统技术，积极解决并网问题；上下游产业链联合，降低成本同时也能促进光伏发电相关技术的标准化发展；扩大市场，解决融资问题并实现光伏发电的大规模应用。 关键词：光伏发电；产业链；发展对策 CHINA'S PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES Abstract Energy consumption is one of the important driving forces of economic growth. With the rapid economic development, China's electricity market is facing tremendous pressure of supply and environmental protection, while, developing photovoltaic industry is an important means to solve the above problems, and promoting economic development. Based on the analysis of the current market environment and the photovoltaic industry structure, this paper describes the development of China's photovoltaic power generation business history and current situation, summarized the further development of photovoltaic power generation companies restrict the issue, there are: the lack of relevant policies, the cost of electricity ranking high, project financing capacity is limited and so on. Faced with these problems, power generation companies appeal to improve the policy system as soon as possible, on the other hand, should also actively seek their own coping strategies. The proposed measures are: improving photovoltaic system technology, to solve the grid problem actively; combining upstream and downstream industry chain, reduce costs but also can promote the standardization of photovoltaic related technology development; expand the market to solve the financing problem and achieve large PV scale application.
