阿昔洛韦滴眼液联合中药治疗老年带状疱疹临床研究【摘要】 目的 观察阿昔洛韦滴眼液联合中药(复方板蓝根颗粒 丹参注射液 黄芪注射液)治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。 方法 将临床确诊带状疱疹的69例老年患者随机分成治疗组和观察组。两组常规预防感染和对症治疗观察组35例视情况给予阿昔洛韦滴眼液外涂患处，同时服用板蓝根颗粒；对照组34例口服阿昔洛韦片、维生素，观察用药后老人的症状和体征。结果 观察组总有效率976%。疼痛消退时间和结痂出现时间明显优于对照组。结论 阿昔洛韦滴眼液联合中药治疗老年带状疱疹疗效明显优于口服阿昔洛韦片,而且早期应用阿昔洛韦滴眼液能迅速止痛、止疱，并且采用中药治疗有利于神经恢复减少后遗神经痛的发生对老年人的生活质量有提升作用。 【关键词】 带状疱疹；阿昔洛韦滴眼液；中药 Clinical analysis of senile herpes zoster treatment by Acyclovir Eye Drops Combined with traditional Chinese medicine AN Yuju Qingdao Jiaonan Chinese Medicine Hospital,Qingdao 266400,China 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of herpes zoster by Acyclovir Eye Drops combined with traditional Chinese medicines (Compound Isatis Particles, Salvia Injection and Astragalus Injection in this case)Methods Randomly divide 69 elderly clinically diagnosed herpeszoster patients into treatment group and observation group 35 people in routine infection prevention and symptomatic treatment observation group would be given Acyclovir Eye Drops on the affected part and Compound Isatis Particles at the same time The other 34 people in the control group would be given Acyclovir Tablets and vitamin orally, after which symptoms and signs would be observedResults The Observation Group, where total efficiency tops 976%, takes less time for the pain to subside and scab to appear than the control groupConclusion The treatment of senile herpes zoster by the way of Acyclovir Eye Drops combined with traditional Chinese medicine is obviously better than taking Acyclovir Tablets orally And the early use of Acyclovir Eye Drops can quickly relieve pain and stop blisters Herbal treatment is good to neurological recovery, can reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and enhance the life quality of the aged 【Key words】 Herpes zoster；Acyclovir Eye Drops；Traditional Chinese Medicine -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 作者单位：266400 青岛胶南中医医院 带状疱疹是由于潜伏于神经节内的水痘带
