ceo不要颠覆创始人的观点(CEO do not subvert the founders view)

ceo不要颠覆创始人的观点(CEO do not subvert the founders view) Risk investment is a small group of gossipy and meddlesome. Ive been told that over the years Googles investors, especially Mike Moritz, have made some decisions against Googles founder, Larry Paige, and Sergei brin. As with any of a successful company executives, venture capitalists blocked their path, and the development of the company formulated, and Googles founders Larry page and Sergei Brin, but lost the formula. But because they control the firms absolute stake, venture capitalists can hardly afford it in this regard. Serendipitously Venture capitalists have a trump card in forcing Larry and Sergei to come to terms. When they funded Google, one condition was that the company had to employ an experienced manager as chief executive. But the two boys hesitated long enough to carry out the promise. Moritz was frustrated. He threatened to take back Sequoias money if Google didnt keep his word. But they finally found Eric Schmidt in 2001, when he was 46, CEO of Novell, and, to a great extent, the man was a stranger to Larry and Sergei. Schmidt is a gentle, blond man, particularly smart, with a doctorate in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley. He wore a pair of John Lennon glasses, unlike Larry and Sergei, who was elegant, eloquent and modest. At the personal computer forum industry conference held in 2000, Schmidt met Larry for the first time, when they attended a panel discussion together. Larry demonstrated the search results
