With the development of elementary education, junior secondary education, high school education and pre-school education, normal colleges and universities is facing enormous pressure of survival and development, to improve the quality of education as the only means to enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates, teachers training starting from quantity expansion to quality and improve the type of change, normal colleges began to enter the transition period. 1.
