采用国际标准产品标志管理办法(试行)实施细则（Adopting international standard product marking management approach (Trial) Rules） Adopting international standard product marking management approach (Trial) Rules Issuing authority: the State Bureau of Technical Supervision Release date: 1994.05.10 Effective date: 1994.05.10 First, according to the Regulations on adopting international standards and foreign advanced standards and the promotion of adopting international standard product marking management measures (Trial) to develop the implementation details. Second adopting international standard product marking (the standard signs), our products adopt international standards and foreign advanced standards (referred to as the standard) is a special certification mark, is the enterprise to meet international standards of product quality or foreign advanced standard of self declaration form. By using standard signs of voluntary enterprises, and shall be liable for the use of standard signs of product quality. Third whoever meets the following conditions of adoption of products, enterprises can use standard signs, and in the packaging, logo, label or product instructions on the adoption of products printed by the adoption of sign pattern: (a) products in accordance with the equivalent and organization of our country standard equivalent to adopt international standards and foreign advanced standards of production; (two) the adoption of quality product requirements and stably reach required by the standard, and the ability to mass production; (three) belongs to the implementation of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision announced the adoption of logo products and standards in product catalog. Article fourth the State Bureau of technical supervision stage, batch announced the implementation of standard signs and standard products catalog (hereinafter referred to as catalog).
