小针高频电凝在体表血管瘤治疗中临床应用[摘要]目的：探讨小针高频电凝治疗体表血管瘤的治疗效果、适应证的选择及并发症的防治。方法：回顾分析我科2007年7月～2010年12月应用小针高频电凝治疗体表血管瘤876例，共913处病变的临床资料。结果：本组病例共913处病变，治愈率58.16%，显效率30.23%，门诊随访时间6～20个月。108处出现色素沉着（11.8%），45处出现表浅性瘢痕（4.9%），3处出现局部感染（0.3%），未见其他不良反应及意外损伤。结论：小针高频电凝治疗体表血管瘤是一种安全、有效、简单易行的治疗方法，尤其适合于中小面积体表血管瘤及残余血管瘤的治疗，能较大限度地保留正常组织结构的解剖形态和功能，加速血管瘤的消退。 [关键词]小针；电凝；体表血管瘤 [中图分类号]R732.2[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2011）04-0624-04 Clinical application of the treatment of superficial hemangiomas by high-frequency electrocoagulation using fine needle CHEN Shi-hai1,WU Wei-min2,YU Hai-sheng1,LIU Qing-feng1,WEI Qiang1,LIAO Ming-de1,MENG Xu-Chang1,MA Ke1 (1.Department of Plastic Cosmetological Surgery,The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,Naning 530021；2.Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University,Naning 530000,China) Abstract： Objective The study aims at observing the therapeutic efficacy of the superficial hemangiomas, the choice of theindication and the prevention of the adverse effects by the high-frequency electrocoagulation using fine needle.MethodsBetween Junly 2007 and December 2010,the 876 cases (913 Lesions)with hemangiomas were treated with high-frequency electrocoagulation using fine needle.Analysising of the clinical date, treatment effects,indications and complication of all cases.ResultsThe care rate and obvious effects rate of the total lesions were respetively 58.16％ and 30.23％.All the patients were followed up for 6～20 months. Among 913 lesions,108 lesions presented pigmentation(11.8%),45 lesions had superficial scar (4.9%),3 lesions had local infection(0.3%),and no other adverse reactions and accidental injury.ConclusionsIt is a safe,efficiency therapeutic technique and easy for operating surgeons to treat superficial hemangiomas by high-frequency electrocoagulation using fine needle.The technique is suitable especially for the treatment of middle or small hemangionmas,in addition which utmostly remains normal anatomic form and fun
