经皮椎体成形术联合密盖息治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折[摘要] 目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术联合密盖息治疗骨质疏松性骨折的疗效。方法：2004年1月～2008年6月，我院采用经皮椎体成形术联合密盖息治疗76例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者。采用VAS评分法评价治疗前后疼痛缓解情况。结果：经皮椎体成形术联合密盖息治疗于术后24 h内疼痛症状明显缓解或消失，术后1 d可下地行走，3 d出院。术前患者视觉模拟评分（VAS）平均为7.9分，术后3 d、3周、8周、6个月平均为2.4、2.0、1.8和1.6分，治疗3周、8周、6个月时平均分与术前比较差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：经皮椎体成形术联合密盖息治疗骨质疏松性骨折能有效缓解老年骨质疏松性骨折疼痛。 [关键词] 经皮椎体成形术；密盖息；骨质疏松；椎体骨折 [中图分类号] R683.2[文献标识码]Ａ [文章编号]1673-7210（2010）10（b）-029-03 Efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty and Miacalcic in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture CHEN Jianmin, HUANG Bingsheng, HUANG Jiongfeng, CHEN Li′an, XIAO Lijun, CHEN Wengui (The First Department of Orthopedics, the People′s Hospital of Panyu District in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, Guangzhou 511400, China) [Abstract] Objective: To study the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty and Miacalcic in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods: From January 2004 to June 2008, 76 cases of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in our hospital were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and Miacalcic. Pain relief before and after operation was evaluated by VAS (visual analog scale). Results: The pain relief at 24 hours after operation with percutaneous vertebroplasty and Miacalcic was significant. Patients could walk in 1 day after operation and leave hospital in 3 days. The average VAS was sharply decreased from re-operation 7.9 to 2.4 at day 3 after operation, and decreased to 2.0 in 3 weeks (P＜0.05). The VAS of 8 weeks and 6 months after operation was decreased to 1.8 and 1.6, there was a significant difference compared with that of control group (all P＜0.05). Conclusion: Percutaneous vertebroplasty and Miacalcic in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, which could relieve pain sigificantly.
