三种方法治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎疗效观察（Efficacy of three methods in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis） [Abstract] objective to find a way to relieve the clinical symptoms of candidal vaginitis and prolong the efficacy of the drug. Treatment of 205 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis by 3 different methods, including A group were treated with miconazole (Da Kening), group B: C group: Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets, Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets and recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent capsule (Xin Funing), 1 days, 3 days after treatment, menstruation 7 days and 1 months, 2 and 3 months to clean 3 ~ 7 days visit and review the clinical curative effect observation and examination of vaginal secretions. Results after 3 days, B group and C group, clinical symptoms were relieved, 7 day 3 group of clinical symptoms disappeared, treatment after 1 months of follow-up, vaginal examination of B group and C group, the positive rate of vaginal secretion is significantly lower than C group, treatment for 2 months, 3 months of vaginal cleanness C group significantly improved. Conclusion clotrimazole can relieve the clinical symptoms of candidal vaginitis in a short time, while the recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent capsule (Xin Funing) can improve the local immunity of the vagina. [Keywords] candidal vaginitis, clotrimazole, interferon Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a common gynecological disease, easy to relapse, about 75% women of childbearing age are at least 1 times the incidence, some women because of frequent attacks, and permanently, a great impact on their physical and mental health. In this paper, we observed the efficacy of 3 methods in the treatment of candidal vaginitis, and we sought a short term method to alleviate the clinical symptoms of candidal vaginitis and prolong the efficacy of the treatment. 1 data and methods 1.1 the research object from August 2006 to December 2007 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic diagnosed c
