In the process of textile fabric, grey important index of reflecting the cloth quality, The quality of the product is directly related to the quality of the product, the grade, the production efficiency and the smooth progress of the follow-up.In order to guarantee the quality of textiles, people by measuring the rate of villi on the surface of the textile to identification of textiles. Because only a few microns length of the villi is very small, can not be identified with general measurement instrument,Therefore, this paper proposed the “design and development task of the automatic rate tester”. This topic using CREO software system,doing the overall design of automatic villi rate tester and its spare parts 3 d design.The instrument can be completed automatic clamping, tensioning, movement, positioning and instrument design;coupled with CCD machine vision systems can be finished cloth villi rate is rapid, accurate, objective measurement task. The development of the instrument for measuring cloth villi rate provides a good tool to measure cloth villi rate.
