Ask him/her to describe how he/she solved or handled problems and overcome obstacles. 让应聘者联系以往工作中遇到的问题或面临的挑战,他是如何解决的或克服的? Planning & Organizational Ability 计划和组织才干 Has the applicant planned or organized any kind of project in the previous job or in school? Ask him/her to describe the experience. Was it a success? Did it meet the stated objectives and was it completed on time? 问应聘者在以往的工作中或学校里是否组织过某个项目? 如果有,请描述一下当时的经历,是否成功了?或有没有达到既定目标?是否按时完成?
