西安财经学院2016年 基层学术组织人才培养社会调查研究项目 陕西农村空巢老人养老问题的调查报告 项目编号： 16xcdyyb054 项目主持人： 张蓉 项目组成员： 周蕊 田蓉 指导教师： 王静 起至时间： 2016年12月至2017年5月 陕西农村空巢老人养老问题的调查 内 容 摘 要 长期以来农村地区一直实行以家庭为主的传统养老方式，子女赡养是老年人晚年生活的一道重要保障。随着社会的发展，城镇化建设步伐的日益加快，大量承担主要赡养义务的农村青壮年劳动力纷纷外流，以赚取更多的收益来支撑家庭。我国农村空巢老人，他们养老问题最大瓶颈。重视并采取有效措施空巢老人的问题此次对空巢老人养老情况了解，农村空巢老人的养老 The Survey of the Elderly Pension Problem in Rural Areas of Shaanxi Province Abstract For a long time, the rural areas of our country have been in the traditional old-age mode based mainly on their family, and the offsprings’support is an important guarantee for the elderly to live when theyre old. But with the development of the society, the pace of the urbanization construction sppeding up,a large number of rural young labors who mainly support the home outflow in succession , to earn more to support the family. There is a special group of people in our country, the rural empty nesters, whose pension problem is the biggest bottleneck of our countrys economic development and social harmony. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to and take effective measures to solve the elderly peoples pension problems and improve their retirement environment. Our group investigated the three cities of shaanxi province, in the village existing the empty-nesters pension situation and surveyed in depth , then put forward a series of measures and suggestions to improve the condition of rural empty-nest old man.
