摘 要
运行中对汽轮机设备进行正确的维护、监视和调整，是实现安全、经济运行的必要条件。为此，机组正常运行时要经常监视主要参数的变化情况，并能分析其产生变化的原因。对于危害设备安全经济运行的参数变化，根据原因采取相应措施调整，并控制在允许的范围内。汽轮机运行中的主要监视项目，除汽温、汽压及真空外，还有监视段压力、轴向位移、热膨胀、转子(轴承)振动以及油系统等。在正常运行过程中，为保证机组经济性，运行人员必须保持：规定的主蒸汽参数和再热蒸汽参数、凝汽器的最佳真空、给定的给水温度、凝结水最小过冷度、汽水损失最小、机组间负荷的最佳分配等。
为了保证汽轮机及汽辅助设备的检修质量和计划任务的完成，汽轮机检修，应建立明确的岗位责任制，各班组之间应对设备明确地划分管辖范围，严格执行检修工艺规程，做到检修工艺规程中规定的检修质量标准。做好检修记录和试验记录，建立设备台帐。制定大、小修工时定额、费用定额，逐步实现按定员定额组织生产。

Abstract
Proper maintenance of steam turbine in the operation of the equipment, monitoring, and adjustment, is a necessary condition for the safe and economic operation. For this reason, the unit during normal operation often should monitor the changes of the main parameters, and analyses the reason of its changes. For hazard equipment safe and economic operation of the parameters, according to the reasons to take corresponding measures to adjust, and control in the permitted range. In operation of the steam turbine main monitoring projects, in addition to the steam temperature, steam pressure and vacuum, and monitoring period of pressure, axial displacement, thermal expansion, rotor bearing vibration and oil system, etc. During normal operation, in order to guarantee the unit economy, operators must maintain: rules of main steam and reheat steam parameters, the best vacuum condenser, given water, soda, minimum temperature, the condensate supercooling degree between loss minimum, unit load optimal distribution, etc.
