毕业设计 保税区在报关的理论与实践上的创新 摘 要 关键词：  ABSTRACT Since the Chinese reform and opening-up, we have got outstanding progress in improving the comprehensive economic strength, investment promotion and import and export trade for bonded zone. It has become a very important communication channel of domestic and overseas market. On the whole, the bonded zone’s customs clearance and regulatory model can basically adapt to the development of international trade. However ,with the development of economic globalization and competition internationalization, the economic development of our country has been in the first group in the world. The related customs supervision model also need to be renewed, it needs further opening. The customs clearance mode today can not adapt to the modern international logistics requirements of fast customs. In the customs reform, also created a new regulatory absence, it greatly influenced our development of export-oriented economy. For the development of our bonded zone, we need to adopt a more flexible and open policy measures in customs clearance and supervision. Only we do this can we assure the sustainable development of this special economic area, which we called the bonded zone. This thesis mainly take a research of free trade zone, through the analysis of the development of free trade zone and its function,and do a key research on how to make innovation customs declaration theory and practice.
