Subculture of All Star of the strawberry leaf area and plant crown diameter have no obvious effect, the optimum rooting of plantlets and strawberry cultivars, using 1/2MS+IBA0.02mg/L rooting medium, All Star strawberry before transplanting in MS+6 - BA0.2mg/L + GA0.1mg/L + IBA0.02mg/L subculture medium, after transplanting micro the breeding seedling growing well. The results of this study revealed the complex relationship between epigenetic variation and tissue culture conditions in strawberry micropropagation.
