Method: The chromatographic column adopts YWG-SiO2 column, and the chloroform methanol acetic acid (500: 50: 6) is used as mobile phase, and the ultraviolet lambda /nm 272 is detected. Plasma samples were in acidic condition Extraction and drying of concentrated samples by ethyl acetate. Blood samples from 10 healthy volunteers, Po Compound Captopril Tablets (including HCTZ 18 mg), were taken at different times Concentration was measured. Results: the average recovery was 94.7%. The plasma minimum detection limit was 5 ng/ml. In normal subjects, the average HCTZ elimination phase was T1/2 Is 2.8 h; TPK is 2.5 h; Cmax is 97 ng/ml. Conclusion: this method can meet the needs of HCTZ blood concentration monitoring and pharmacokinetic study.
