综合治疗突发性耳聋临床观察 　 作者：王彦芬 王爱民 蒋向丽 【关键词】 治疗 摘 要：目的：探讨耳周穴位（角孙、听宫、耳门、翳风）注射脑蛋白水解物结合微波辐射、临床心理辅导及常规采用活血化淤、营养神经药物综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法：对就诊的90例（耳）突发性耳聋的病例随机分为2组，研究组采用耳周穴位注射脑蛋白水解物结合、微波辐射、临床心理辅导及常规采用活血化淤、营养神经药物综合疗法治疗。对照组单纯采活血化淤、营养神经药物治疗。结果：研究组42例，治愈22例，（52.38%），显效10例（23.81%），有效6例（14.29%），无效4例（9.52%），有效率90.48%；对照组48例，治愈19（39.58%），显效11例（23.06%）有效6例（12.50%），无效12例（25%），有效率75%。结论：耳周穴位注射脑蛋白水解物结合、微波辐射、临床心理辅导及常规采用活血化淤、营养神经药物综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋的疗效显著，值得临床推广。 关键词： 脑蛋白水解物； 穴位注射 微波辐射 心理辅导 突发性耳聋 The Clinical Observation of Treating Sudden Deafness Using Combined Method Astract:Objective:To study the curative effect of injected Cerebroprotein Hydrolyate Injection to the points around the ear（Jiaosun 、Tinggong、 Ermen、Yifeng）combine with microwave radiate、clinical psychology guide and use the medicines of invigorate the circulation of blood and nutritive nerve in system in sudden deafness. Method:The 90 sudden deafness cases randomly divided into 2groups.The research group inects Cerebroprotein Hydrolyate Injection to the points around the ear combine with microwave radiate、clinical psychology guide and use the medicines of invigorate the circulation of blood and nutritive nerve in system.Control group only uses the medicines of invigorate the circulation of blood and nutritive nerve in system.Result: Research group 42 cases ,cure 22 case (52.38%),marked effects 10 case (23.81%),effectively 6 case (14.29%),invalid 4 case (9.52%),effective rate90.48`%. Control group 48case , cure 19 case (39.58%), marked effects 11 case (23.06%), effectively 6 case (12.50%), invalid 12 case (25%), effective rate 75%.Conclusion:The injected Cerebroprotein Hydrolyate Injection to the points around the ear combine with microwave radiate、clinical psychology guide and use the medicines of invigorate the circulation of blood and nutritive nerve in system in sudden deafness has remarkable effects and worth widely use in clinic.
