上海******综合楼施工组织设计 摘 要 施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。编制前充分熟悉了项目设计施工图纸、地下及周边环境、施工条件、市场条件及地方法律法规等必要信息。根据承包合同对于工程质量、进度的相关要求，进行项目安全文明施工、质量、工期、成本目标规划，并结合本项目更分部分项工程的特点，妥善的进行施工部署与施工方案的选择与优化，避免施工组织设计形式化，确保具有实际可行性、针对性和能够真正的指导施工项目的实施。本设计主要包括以下内容：本工程概况、施工部署、施工总平面布置图设计、施工进度计划、主要的分部分项工程施工方方案、安全文明施工措施和季节性施工安全、质量保证措施。 关键词：施工组织设计 工程概况 施工部署 措施 The?Construction?Organization?Design?of?ShangHai Jiatianxia?Composite building Abstract Construction design is the core and soul of construction organizations.
