深圳经济特区城市绿化管理办法（Measures for the administration of urban greening in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone） Promulgated by the peoples Government of Shenzhen Municipality (promulgated by the peoples Government)(time of promulgation)(time of implementation) Measures for the administration of urban greening in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (promulgated by Decree No. twenty-ninth of the Shenzhen Municipal Peoples Government on June 25, 1994, amended in accordance with Decree No. 135th of the Shenzhen Municipal Peoples Government in August 26, 2004) Chapter I General Provisions The second chapter is planning and construction The third chapter, protection and management The fourth chapter, reward and punishment The fifth chapter is the supplementary provisions Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These measures are formulated in accordance with the urban greening regulations of the State Council, in order to promote the development of urban greening in Shenzhen special economic zones, improve the ecological environment, beautify the city and promote the peoples physical and mental health. Article second these measures are applicable to the planning, construction, protection and management of greening in the urban planning area of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (hereinafter referred to as the special zone). Article third the Shenzhen Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the city) and the District Peoples Government shall incorporate the urban greening construction into the national economic and social development plan, draw up the overall planning and specific plans for the urban greening of the SAR, and organize the implementation thereof.
