中国农学通报 2017,33(17): 146-152 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 广东连平县生态农业发展规划研究 甘阳英，苏柱华，肖广江，张金鸽 （广东省农业科学院农业经济与农村发展研究所，广州510640） 摘 要：为了保护连平县的生态环境和东江水源，在发展农业经济时，必须进行生态的总体规划。本研 究以连平县的农业资源和发展现状为基础，在研究了其发展的各种优劣势的基础上，参考国内外生态农 业发展成功案例，提出了生态农业发展的总体规划，并以实践和应用作为价值考量，将全县划分为“一 核、二廊、三区”，即建立一个生态农业核心区、纵横二条生态农业经济带、三个生态农业功能区。并就产 业结构调整、生态发展政策提出了相应的方案和建议。研究结果可以在一定程度上为该县发展生态农 业提供决策咨询和战略性指导。 关键词：连平县；生态农业；自然资源；可持续发展 中图分类号：S-1 文献标志码：A 论文编号：cas EcologicalAgricultureDevelopmentPlanningofLianpingCountyinGuangdongProvince GanYangying,SuZhuhua,XiaoGuangjiang,ZhangJinge (InstituteofAgriculturalEconomicsandRuralDevelopment,GuangdongAcademyofAgriculturalSciences, Guangzhou510640) Abstract: LianpingCountyislocatedinJiulianmountainarea,northeastofGuangdongProvince.Itisan upstreamcountybyXinfengRiverandwatersourceofDongjiangRiver,aswellasanimportantecological barrier in northern Guangdong Province. Because of its mountain area location and backward economic development, Lianping was listed as one of the key counties for poverty alleviation and development of GuangdongProvincein2015.Inordertodeveloplocalagriculturaleconomywhileprotectingenvironmentand waterresources,thesuitablewayforLianpingisasustainabledevelopment.Ecologicalagricultureisan importantpartofsustainabledevelopment,andLianpinghasadvantagesanduniqueconditionsinecological resources.Inthisstudy,thenaturalresources,socialresourcesandagriculturalproductioninrecentyearsin Lianping were analyzed.
