人力资源的未来已知的和未知的(The future of human resources; known and unknown) Introduction I recently read 25 papers on the future of human resources. These papers have many curious consensus on predicting human resource management in the future. The authors are mostly academics, human resources managers, and consultants who spend most of their careers thinking about human resources. After reading these papers, we will agree on the following issues: People are studying human resources carefully, and this kind of research is a good thing. ? as we recognize, human resource management needs to change. Changing human resources management means severe challenges and new capabilities. ? if human resource management does not meet the challenge of change, it will face the risk of being eliminated. Although some answers to the future of human resources seem to be known, there are still more unknowns. At this point, the question is more challenging than the answer. Known things The authors of these papers agree that changes in human resource development are inevitable. They feel the speed and the predictability of change are increasing. Speed means that what is happening is faster than expected. Such as the publication and sale of a book, the best examples from an enterprise or published research, and so on, can now be completed in a few days or even hours. The unforeseen nature of change means that we cannot fully predict what will happen, and as the rate of change accelerates, the predictability continues to grow. Questions that require long answers require quick answers. Which form of organization is the standard organization? What are the leaders of tomorrow today will make a fetish of contempt? Which company that enjoys high prestige today will soon lose its reputation? Most human resource experts believe that society is undergoing drastic changes. Globalization requires vision and action beyond the local boundaries. Technology will make information easier, and the way people connect
