　　简论二学位论文 简论二学位论文导读： 哈尔滨商业大学毕业设计（论文） 浅谈我国养老保险基金投资渠道的选择 学 生 姓 名： 郭金伟 指 导 教 师： 郭建国 专 业： 学 院： 管理学院 2014年6月5日 Graduation Project (Thesis) Harbin University of merce On our pension fund investment channel selection Student Supervisor Specialty School 2014-06-05 毕业设计（论文）任务书 毕业设计（论文）审阅评语 毕业设计（论文）审阅评语 毕业设计（论文）答辩评语 哈尔滨商业大学毕业论文 摘 要 我国养老保险基金的投资渠道过于狭窄，造成了个人账户“空账”运转的现象，这也加剧了养老保险支付的紧张局面。而学术界对于养老保险基金投资的研究主要集中在基金投资的法律监管、制度建设以及风险管理等方面，缺乏对养老保险基金投资渠道方面的研究。因此本文将从拓宽其投资渠道方面对养老保险基金进行探索，进而提出合理的投资组合建议，来促进我国养老保险基金的保值增值。 文章首先分析了我国养老保险基金进入资本市场、拓宽融资渠道的必要性和可行性，进一步肯定了养老保险基金投资对资本市场的积极作用；随后介绍了国外养老保险基金筹集的三种典型模式，包括新加坡模式、拉美国家模式及欧美国家模式，并对这三种模式进行了简要的分析；最后，结合我国国情，借鉴海外国家成功经验，为我国养老保险基金投资提出较为合理化的建议。 关键词：养老保险基金；投资渠道；投资组合 哈尔滨商业大学毕业论文 Abstract Pension insurance as the core of the social security system is directly related to social stability and economic development. Because of Chinas pension fund investment channels narropty account; phenomenon, exacerbated tensions pension payments. And academia for pension fund investment research focused on the legal regulation of investment funds, institutional building and risk management, the lack of research on pension fund investment channels. Therefore, this article ent channels in terms of its pension fund to explore, and then put forote preservation and appreciation of Chinas pension fund. This article expound the necessity and feasibility of Chinese pension insurance fund into capital markets and broaden financing channel firstly, further sure that the pension insurance fund investment plays a positive role in the capital markets.Secondly, taking three kind of typical mode as an example to introduce foreign pension insurance fund, including Singapore mode, the Latin America countries mode and the Europe countries mode, then made a brief analysis of this three kind of mode.Last, successful experiences of overseas countries at the same time, and made rationalization proposals of the investment of pension fund in Ch
