 PAGE 4 基于SPCE061A单片机的太阳能热水器控制系统 专业： 电气工程及其自动化 学号：姓名： 郭 干 指导老师、职称： 杨新华 副教授 摘 要 本设计介绍一种以凌阳16位单片机为核心的太阳能热水器控制系统，该系统功能及实用性较强，自动化程度高，并由初级智能化程度，在水位采集，ADC等设计上采取一些新颖方法，成本低廉，推广价值高。且给出了以该单片机为核心的水位水温检测电路。 设计中充分利用了SPCE061A单片机的特点，实现了很高的性价比设计。主要对水温水位进行了分析，水温检测精度达到±1℃；通过采用分段式水位传感器，实现了水位测量和显示，低成本设计；另外，该太阳能热水器系统在日晒水温达不到设定指时，可以进行电加热自动补温；能实现在清晨电自动加水；从而实现了热水器的全自动及节能,达到了智能控制方案的最优化，实现了真正意义上的“全自动控制”。 关键词：单片机；太阳能热水器；液位计；AD590；MAX7219； Absract This paper introduce a kind of 16‐bit microcomputer chip SPCE061A of high quality from Samsung Corporation ,describes the water lever and temperature measuring circuit diagram based on this microcomputer chip.It introduces respectively a kind of water level display and water temperature display using serial interface LED display drivers and 2‐digit display ;a kind of water level sensor with measuring pole of mulit‐electrodes and a resistance network connected with these electrodes. The water level measuring principle and water temperature measuring principle are introduced ,and how to carry out the measurement and disply with microcomputer chip SPCE061A is also introduced. The progrom flow chart of function modules are described. The function design and schematic block of Water heat Controller were presented ,each measuring Model of each function module was set up concretely.Design principles and realization methods were elaborated,and further each circuit diagram of each function module wasdesigned. The design of the Controller,based on features of SPCE061A Microcontroller,the high capability to price rate was accomplished,and the complete research and design to detection technique for water temperature,water level,shock and creepage were discussed.Theory analysis of water level measuring and water level sensor;the depend ability design of detection and control for shock and creepage were bring off.At Last,the running and detecting date for the controller is illustracted,and satisfies the design request.
